Hello and welcome to the new *A girl and a brush” blog. I am sure you are all curious who I am, and how did I decided to start a blog just about now. Well, aside of having a full time job, I am a part time bargain-shopping junkie, dumpster diving and furniture transformer.
Though I am an extreme newbie to blogging I have spent many hours and countless nights pouring over the blogs of wonderful, creative, and entertaining women. Women who, I must say, I feel like I know. I’ve been incredibly inspired by likes of Ann Marie at Twice Lovely , Marian at Miss Mustard Seed, Holly at Life in the fun lane, and Barb at Knack , each of whom have been able to forge a business out of beautifying old furniture and who have inspired me to do the same. I hope you all can be patient with me, as I am still trying to figure out how to work my camera and navigate thru the blog menu.
